Tae Kwon Do Stretching Help for a beginner?

Ok, Im 18 and martial arts was something I dreamed of doing as a kid, but has never had the chance. I am considering taking Tae Kwon Do in the near future. I am in good shape, but I did not have the flexibility right leg. Can you give me some stretches I should start with that for a beginner like me. I would really appreciate if you could give me some instructions, pictures of any kind, or videos. Thank you in advance!

I suggest you start your training and go with the Stetch your teacher shows you. Try to learn from a book or a website like this is difficult and could lead to errors. And please remember not to warm up before starting to stretch, its much more productive and less likely to cause injury to stretch cold muscles. Whatever you do start small and build gradually, you should not hurt you to improve the stretch, especially at your age, you have plenty of time before you to get flexible.
